Events

At ArtdCom we have more than 20 years of experience with organizing and executing successful events, virtual events, video conferences, as well as arranging participation and logistics for 3rd party events (both local and international). Events are a human-to-human important (marketing) communication tool, where you can meet your target group, share knowledge and information, build on your network and inspire people. Create that connection!

If you are looking for help with your own event, or if you want to sponsor a 3rd party event but have no time for the execution, feel free to give us a call to see what we can do for you. We can help out from A to Z, just arrange smaller parts you do not have time for, or give you advice on how to create a successful (business, government or other kind of) event.

Examples of our Work

We have organized big events such as the Open Source Conference (1000+), seminars (ranging from 500 to 50 people) as well as smaller lunches, dinners and round tables for various target groups including C-level. Most of the time, these smaller round tables are organized for 8 to 15 people maximum and therefore a very good way to build on a relationship, and work on future deals or knowledge sharing. We have also organized various seminars and events for government organizations.

We are creative. We design stand graphics, invitations, (registration) websites, (animation) movies, brochures, and onsite materials such as floor plans, signage, badges, agenda booklets, and much more. We can arrange all production related items for events and fairs, and provide the best onsite (lead generating) hostess support. Looking for ideas to attract many potential customers at a fair? We can help you including the execution.

Next to organizing events we have also done many international fairs such as Gartner BI Summit London, RBTE, Microsoft Future Decoded, SQL Bits Liverpool, STKI Summit Israel, MRO Singapore and Amsterdam, Microsoft Forum Milan, SQL Nexus Copenhagen, Health-IT Expo Paris, Microsoft Experiences Paris, Microsoft Tech Days Amsterdam, ITMA and FESPA.
